Chair-based classes
Every Tuesday at Drovers Centre 1.30pm-2.30pm.Every Friday Gentle Yoga at West Library 2.00pm-3.00pm.

Every Thursday at Cat and Mouse Library 11.30am-12.30pm.

Osteoporosis classes
3 classes a week: Saturdays: West Library 9.30am-10.30am; Fridays: North Library 11.00am-12.00pm and Thursdays: Cat and Mouse Library 11.00am-12.00pm
