Weights, Strength, and Balance Classes

All these classes address the loss of strength, balance and flexibility – especially after an illness.

You can lose a lot of muscle mass stuck in bed recovering from an illness. All classes use weights and resistance bands.

The NHS lists weights and resistance bands as the two top ways to improve strength and flexibility.
